Purpose: Works with the Volunteer Coordinator to support the recruitment, engagement, recognition, retention, and overall effectiveness of volunteers to support ANV’s mission.
Responsibilities:

Develop an engaged volunteer community through social opportunities.

Create a robust training program to enhance volunteer skills to meet service needs.

Develop volunteer recognition strategies.

Monitor volunteer satisfaction and provide meaningful opportunities for feedback.
- Work with Board and other committees to keep volunteer program responsive to evolving ANV requirements.
