Arlington Neighborhood Village (ANV) is recruiting for an important full-time staff position — a dynamic Development and Communications Manager to lead all fundraising and communications efforts.
ANV is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization dedicated to helping older residents of Arlington continue living in their own homes — safely, independently, and with an enhanced quality of life.
This key leadership position is responsible for establishing and implementing strategies that increase ANV’s financial resources and visibility within Arlington County. The role will spearhead development initiatives including individual giving, corporate partnerships, foundation relations, and major gifts, while simultaneously overseeing all organizational communications to engage stakeholders and promote ANV’s mission.
