Her career spans consumer advocacy with Ralph Nader at The Center for Study of Responsive Law, international conflict resolution at Search for Common Ground, and foundation fundraising at Rare, an international conservation organization. Noël has dedicated many volunteer hours to causes ranging from hospice care to emergency family assistance, driven by the belief in the power of community service to create change.
