Allan has lived in Arlington since 1993. He is married to Nancy (also an ANV volunteer) and lives in the Old Dominion neighborhood. He has worked as a finance and contracting specialist in healthcare and industry, with treasury roles in non-profits, mostly in northern Virginia. He retired in 2021 from a major aerospace manufacturer. Allan began volunteering for ANV in July of 2021, making yard and home repairs and providing transportation for our members. He joined the ANV Finance Committee in 2024. He is excited about being a part of the ANV Board and marshaling ANV’s talented Finance Committee to support the organization’s expanding footprint with Arlington’s seniors and the varied agencies and organizations that serve them.
